General Information and Policies
-Renting out space for private events at Snug Harbor and Jelly's must be coordinated through Amy and/or Brenda
-Details for your event must be finalized at least one week prior to your event
-Client will be provided with informational packet, and will be held to contractual agreement via the informational packet
-No changes can be made to details of party within 5 days of your event (including number of people attending)
-The rental space will be available to you until the time that the restaurant in closed. Your party must be finished and guests must leave prior to the closing of the restaurant. (time varies based on the season)
Payments and Cancellations
-$100 non-refundable deposit to hold space due when booking your event
-The remainder of any room fee will be owed on the day of thee event.
-If client cancels the event, any prior deposits will be forfeited
Responsibility, Liability, and Damages
-Harbor Restaurants is not responsible for any happenings beyond our control that may affect your event and our performance/timing, such as and including: acts of nature (weather), power outages, etc.
-Any damages incurred during event are the responsibility of the client and charges will be determined appropriately.
-All other restaurant policies are applicable during private events.
-Client is responsible for conduct of event attendees and Harbor Restaurants reserve the right to control private events and/or make judgement calls regarding the event.
Decorations and Other Services
-Table set up and tear down is provided by employees only.
-No outside table and chairs are permitted (inquire with Amy or Brenda about Redi Rental if interested)
-Tables will have salts, peppers, and in-house candles
-White linens are included in rental cost, colored linen will be an additional cost.
-All decorations must be pre-approved
-Failure to comply to restrictions will result in payment of a damage fee (determined appropriately)
-Harbor Restaurants has a limited supply of specialty decorations, please inquire if interested.
